Welcome to my website! My professional career has been significantly dedicated to two areas:

Facilitating positive change in business environments

The single biggest deterrent to advancing forward in most organizations is the resistance brought on by fear and uncertainty. Change is often

viewed as negative because it usually involves giving up something in order to realize something else. Hanging on to what we know or can do

keeps us from realizing the true expression of our creative side. Though change is inevitable, it doesn't have to be overly painful. I help individuals

and organizations manage change by focusing on what will be gained.

Developing individual talent to higher levels of achievement

Human beings are multi-dimensional and require more than just routine existence in order to move beyond the limited scope often provided by

organizations and their jobs. The opportunity to be more than just a widget mover comes from knowing and believing in the full capacity of

success. I know we are all capable of more and better. The belief in being more is the catalyst for much of the work I do.

I have been able to achieve my professional objectives by teaching undergraduate and graduate students, management consulting, writing business related articles, and conducting various seminars. I am pleased to state my website is an extension of my professional commitment .
